Select a DVD for use in the car – available

Once almost exclusively in some luxury cars, DVD players can be added to virtually all vehicles. There are many different models on the market, but all can be divided into three basic types: the head mounted, and flip off the bridge. All have their advantages and are easier to install than others.

Headrest Mount

It is by far the most popular choice. One or two screens mounted on the back of the front headrests for the use ofRear seat passengers. There are two basic options in this category – you can have a portable DVD player that one or more screens that simply hang on the back of the head with Velcro or elastic to the sale. It has an advantage in that it can move easily between vehicles, or used elsewhere. The second option is the DVD player / screen embedded in the head. In Dash

Designed to be connected to the vehicle roof, a flip-down monitor has an integrated DVD player, on the other models, this must be added separately. May have a lot 'more challenging to install than other types and may also seek professional help to install them. Flip down monitors other types can be installed in a vehicle sun visor, but this isnot suitable for large screens.
