Environment

You will need to ensure that there is enough room in the house for your therapist to create a massage table and not be able to walk around.

To ensure that your experience is as relaxing as possible, be sure not to be disturbed by massage.

Your massage is recommended to turn on the TV or radio during the massage, so I can fully concentrate on the treatment and can be quitefocus on your relaxation.

Music can be played during the massage, as this can help to aid relaxation. Your massage therapist will be happy for you to listen to the music of your choice when a specific piece of music that is peace. Or you can choose from a selection of music, your massage therapist will be on the CD. Selections are: classical, trip hop and new age music.

Let your massage therapist know in advance if you willBring a portable CD player.

Dress

If you have a full body massage, you should prepare for a massage, remove all clothes except underwear on the body. Need a bathrobe / dressing gown wear. (The therapist will have a dress, but you can wear your own if you wish).

If you have a back, neck and shoulder massage, you should be naked from the waist up.

It 's easier and more enjoyable forThe massage must be done if you do not have a bra like this can easily access the back and shoulders. If you feel uncomfortable with this, please discuss this with your Massage Therapist.

The massage will be delivered while you're on the massage bed. Your body will be covered with towels. Your massage therapist systematically explore each body part to be massaged and replace the towels before moving to the next part of the body.

MassageAverage

The massage will be provided with sweet almond oil. This oil is suitable for all skin types. It protects, nourishes and moisturizes the skin without making it too fat. But if you have an allergy to nuts, please advise your therapist, who may be able to arrange for massage, delivered via an alternative medium.
